„Here’s a mix I’ve been meaning to post for some time. It’s a one take collaboration set between myself and radio broadcaster/respected musician Paul Gough aka Pimmon that went live to air on Sydney radio several years ago. The aim was to play 100 “ambient” records in an hour and a half. We hit the 98 track mark, just falling short of our target. Armed with 3 cd players and two turntables, what followed was an exploration into the juxtaposition of tones, spoken word and music. I trust you will enjoy this mix – we had a lot of fun making it and if you listen very carefully, you can even hear some live vocals from mystery guest “Saucer”. I have the 98 source tracks scribbled down on a piece of paper somewhere in the recesses of my home and if I find it, I’ll add the tracklisting. For now – stretch out and meditate to this.“
