Vor einigen Jahren bin ich auf ELEKTEL gestoßen. Das ist eine großartige Mischung aus Jazz, Bossa nova, Lounge und Electronica. Auf ihrer MySpace-Seite beschreiben sie sich selber so: „ELEKTEL are a funked-out Sci-fi combo from Tokyo, Japan, that were officially formed on the first day of the new Millennium. The spacey unit consist of Ueken & Polymoog. Ueken’s DJ set merges lounge, house, breaks, and bossa nova, while Polymoog controls the sequencer, sampler and a vintage synth.“
